This TRUE OCEANFRONT condo offers gorgeous views from the balcony, master bedroom, and family room. Located in Surfside Beach, SC, you’ll enjoy beautiful sunrises and the relaxing sounds of the ocean right outside your door.

Rental Details:

• Peak Season: Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum for June, July, and August).

• Off Season: 2 or 3 night minimum (4-night minimum for holiday weekends).

• Non-Smoking: The unit is completely smoke-free, including e-cigarettes and vaping.

• Security Camera: One security camera is located at the entry alcove (facing the screen door) to verify guest count and ensure the no-pet policy. There are no cameras inside the unit. The camera may or may not be active during your stay.

Booking Requirements:

• Signed rental agreement and ID verification for all adults within 24 hours of booking.

• Primary guest must be 25 years or older and present throughout the reservation.

• No third-party bookings, pets, or smoking (including on the balcony).

• Credit card fees are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.

Booking & Rental Rules:

2. Check-In/Check-Out:

   • Check-in: 4:00 PM

   • Check-out: 10:00 AM (no early check-ins or late check-outs).

3. Rental Fees: Basic rental fees do not include taxes or cleaning fees.

4. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 8 people, including children (contact the owner for exceptions).

5. Parking: Limited to 2 cars; spots are not assigned.

6. Payment Terms:

   • 50% of the rental amount is due with the signed rental agreement.

   • Remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.

   • $300 damage deposit HOLD (not collected) placed on credit card 2 days before stay.

7. Required Documents:

   • Copies of IDs for all adult guests (must be submitted before receiving the door entry code).

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
