***  DISCLOSURE ~ THERE IS ONE SECURITY CAMERA LOCATED IN THE ENTRY ALCOVE FACING THE SCREEN DOOR AND COVERS THE OUTSIDE OF THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR AS WELL AS THE LAUNDRY ROOM DOOR. THIS IS USED TO VERIFY THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT IS ACCURATE AND VERIFY THE NO PET RULE IS BEING FOLLOWED.  THERE ARE NO OTHER CAMERAS INSIDE THE ACTUAL UNIT.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM COMBO ~ Pull out sofa bed, love seat, 50 inch smart flat screen TV, DVD player, a sliding glass door out to the balcony for enjoying the view! A few games, puzzles, and books as well. Dining table that seats 6! 4 more at the bar!

KITCHEN ~ Nice size kitchen with all the necessities! Coffee bar with both a Keurig and regular coffee maker! A supply of K-cups, variety of  sugars, creamers, teas, honey sticks, etc upon arrival. Several paper/plastic items such as paper towels, plastic baggies, foil, etc kept in the unit for use. Please only use what is needed and leave the rest for the next guests!  Don't be THAT person or you WON'T be invited back!

STACKABLE WASHER/DRYER (new June 2020) in unit ~ located in "alcove" in entry. Laundry supplies are provided.

This is a family-owned condo that we love! We welcome any visitors that will please treat it as such and enjoy it as much as we do! Our goal is to build repeat fabulous guests!

Beautiful ocean views from this unit and the balcony! Please be aware there is no elevator. But you get past that once you see how close the beach is, it's RIGHT there! Breakfast on the balcony is one of my favorite times of day! Any given day of watching can include surfers, pelicans, or dolphins! It's so relaxing!

*** 2 parking spots per unit but they are NOT assigned. Surfside does not allow street parking. Please plan accordingly.

Rentals include linens (sheets and towels) and utilities, including Wi-Fi. We have recently added beach towels, BUT due to the time constraints between guests, these are NOT included in the cleaning fee.  If you choose to use the beach towels, please be sure to wash them and return them to that closet.  We will remove them if people can't follow this direction!

Large pool!  ******* POOL CLOSES ON OCTOBER 1ST FOR THE SEASON!

*** Outside charcoal grill in backyard. If used, make sure EVERYTHING is cleaned up after use. Nothing can be left in the backyard, everything must be discarded properly!

SURFSIDE BEACH, SC ~ "The family beach" ~ Great environment for relaxing! MANY area attractions including a ton of golf courses, loads of shopping, restaurants galore, etc! ****IMPORTANT!! NEW laws for Surfside Beach, canopy tents ARE allowed once again!! They must be spaced 10 feet apart and they, along with all chairs/umbrellas, must be 8 feet from the dunes! THEY ARE POLICING AND ENFORCING THESE RULES!!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
